RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

General Policy

For international orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted by default due to logistical limitations.
However, if the buyer agrees to cover all shipping costs, customs fees, and any additional return-related expenses, we may process a return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be eligible for resale, with all labels, tags, and protective seals intact.

  • The return must be approved by our support team before shipping the item back.


How to Request a Return or Exchange?

  1. You must first contact us by filling out the Return Request Form on our website.

  2. After our technical team reviews your request, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions.

  3. Once approved, you may ship the product back with any trusted international courier of your choice.

    • All shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, and additional return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.

  4. After the product arrives and passes inspection, the refund or exchange process will begin.


Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items opened from their protective packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene rules

  • Items that arrive without their original labels, packaging, or accessories


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds cover the product price only.
    Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes paid during delivery are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.

  • If the product arrives damaged due to the customer's handling or insufficient packaging during return shipping, the refund may be rejected or reduced.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packaged when shipping it back to us.
