General Information...

- If your order has not been shipped, it can be canceled. If you cancel an order that has already been shipped, the shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

For your cancellation request, please contact us via email or by calling our customer service number at 0553 685 98 80.

- FOR ORDERS OVER 200$, THE SHIPPING FEES WILL BE PAID BY missatriko.com.tr ON THE FIRST CHANGE.

If the order amount is less than 200 $, the shipping fee will be paid by the orderer, both round-trip.

- For CASH ON DELIVERY purchases, please email us your bank account number through the contact us section.

- If you paid online with a credit card, a refund or cancellation instruction will be sent to your credit card no later than 20 business days after we receive the products.

- Returned products will be deducted from the order. If the remaining order amount exceeds 300 $, no deduction will be made.

- If the remaining order amount is less than 200 $, the refund will be made minus additional fees such as shipping and cash on delivery. (Round-trip shipping fees + cash on delivery fee, if applicable + exchange shipping fee, if applicable). The shipping fee will be calculated as 10 $ for each shipment, and the cash on delivery fee will be 15 $.

In other words, for a Cash on Delivery shipment, the refund will be made minus the round-trip + cash on delivery fee of 20 $ paid to the shipping company.

If the payment was made online or by money order, the refund will be made minus the round-trip + cash on delivery fee of 20 $ paid to the shipping company. If you ship the product yourself or hand-deliver it to one of our stores, the return shipping fee will not be calculated.
